College 3, the third college built on campus, offers a vibrant and welcoming community. Each of its four blocks features a laundry room for convenience. The college also boasts a spacious common room equipped with pool, foosball, and table tennis tables, along with a cozy lounge area perfect for relaxation. Additionally, the multimedia room provides a great space for movie nights and social gatherings.

College 3 is the green college, and the mascot is the dragon, which you can see at many campus events! Like dragons, they are strong and fearless!

Residential Life Manager (RLM): Alicia Lewis

Alicia Lewis has been the Residential Life Manager of College III since August 2023. She grew up splitting her time between Brooklyn, New York and the beautiful island of Trinidad in the Caribbean.

Alicia earned her Bachelors degree in Psychology from the University of Rochester in upstate New York and her Masters degree in Higher Education and Student Affairs Administration from the University of Vermont in Burlington, VT.

She has worked with college students for over 20 years in a variety of areas including Housing & Residential Life, Student Activities, Campus Events and Orientation Programs. Her 20-year career in the U.S. allowed her to live in 4 different states and 8 different cities around the country. Her love of travel encouraged a move out of the U.S. to teach English as a Second Language first in Indonesia and then Poland but she is very excited to be back working with university students here at Constructor University.

Residential Life Advisor (RLA): Gabriel Sánchez Macías

Gabriel Sánchez Macías is the Residential Life Advisor of College III. He did his Bachelor’s in Constructor University and successfully graduated in 2024. As a student, he worked as a Residential Engagement Assistant, where he found his love for planning events and helping foster a home away from home.

Originally from Mexico, Gabriel enjoys trying different kinds of food, especially from the spicy variety. He also loves to keep himself active; whether he is going for a run, dancing, going to the gym or trying any random sport. Currently, he is pursuing his master’s degree in Psychology and Neuroscience of Mental Health.

Working with college students keeps me on my toes. Students go to University to work hard to achieve their career goals with their academic studies. I get to contribute to their lives outside of the classroom. I get to help them create community, learn new skills, support them in their transition into adulthood and establish their home away from home.

Gabriel Sánchez Macías

Events organized by College 3

College 3 has two big dates in the academic year. They organize the Halloween party for their students every year in October – this is the biggest party of the year, at which everyone dresses up and shows their spooky side! They also invite the kids of staff, faculty, the local kindergarden and neighborhood to a wonderful children’s party and get to see how all the little ghouls and ghosts get excited about playing games and getting candy from ‘Trick or Treat’! The second date in the calendar of College 3 is the annual Quiz Night. Over 200 people gather in the servery, again often dressed up, to battle to prove that they are the smartest guys on campus! Next to these events, they host amazing Superbowl, Oscars and Eurovision parties, taking advantage of the awesome multimedia room and its large screen. On top of all this, they have regular movie nights organized by the RAs and cheer ups organized by the student team.
