This Privacy Policy explains how Constructor Campus Capital S.à r.l. (“we”, “us”, “Constructor Campus”) collects, uses, and protects personal data when you visit constructorcampus.org or submit information to us, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data we process

When you visit this website, the following data may be processed:

  • Website visits and server logs
    Like virtually all websites, our hosting infrastructure automatically and temporarily records limited technical information whenever a page is requested – for example, the visitor’s IP address, browser/device type, the page requested, and the date and time of the request. This happens as a routine, automated part of operating a web server and is used only to keep the site secure and functioning correctly (e.g. detecting errors or abuse). Such logs are generally kept for a short period and then automatically deleted or anonymized, and are not used to build visitor profiles.
  • Analytics – Google Search Console (via Site Kit)
    We use Site Kit by Google, a WordPress plugin, to connect our website to two Google services:
    1. Google Search Console – provides aggregated statistics about how our site performs in Google Search results, e.g. which search queries led to our site, impressions, clicks, and average position.
    2. Google PageSpeed Insights – analyzes the loading performance of our public pages (e.g. Core Web Vitals, load times) so we can monitor and improve site speed.Neither service works by placing a tracking script or cookie in your browser. Search Console data comes from Google’s own search index. PageSpeed Insights data is a mix of Google’s synthetic performance tests of our page URLs and aggregated, anonymized real-world performance statistics from the Chrome User Experience Report (CrUX) – it does not identify individual visitors to our site. We do not currently use Google Analytics, Google Ads, or any other visitor-tracking analytics tool, and no analytics cookies are set on our site.
  • Become our partner” application form
    Our “Become our partner” link takes you to a form hosted on Google Forms, external to our website. When you click through, you leave constructorcampus.org and interact directly with Google’s own service – Google’s privacy policy governs that interaction, not this one (see https://policies.google.com/privacy). The information you submit in that form (e.g. name, email, company, message) is received by us as the form owner so we can follow up on your enquiry. Google acts as our service provider hosting the form, while we remain responsible for what we do with your response afterwards.
  • Direct contact (email / phone)
    If you contact us directly by email or phone, we process the information you provide (e.g. name, contact details, message content) to respond to your enquiry.

Legal basis for processing

Depending on the activity, we rely on one or more of the following legal bases under Article 6 GDPR:

  • Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) – e.g. keeping the site secure, aggregated search/performance reporting via Search Console and PageSpeed Insights
  • Pre-contractual / contractual necessity (Art. 6(1)(b)) – e.g. processing a partner or investment enquiry

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you (Art. 15)
  • Request correction of inaccurate data (Art. 16)
