In 2023, Constructor University Bremen (CU), supported by the City of Bremen, launched a transformative Masterplan (MP) to redevelop the CU campus and the surrounding 34-hectare Bremen-Grohn site into a vibrant Science Park - a hub for education, research, and innovation.
This long-term initiative positions Constructor University and Bremen as leaders in global education and innovation while generating significant local economic and societal impact.

Constructor Campus operates within a broader ecosystem that includes:
- Student Growth: Expand Constructor University's student body from ~2,000 (2025) to over 10,000 by 2035.
