We at Constructor University have the greatest pleasure of welcoming our new students, our Freshies, to campus and to our extended online community! Our goal is to support you in having a comfortable arrival and providing you with the best college experience.
Here, on our Freshie Journey Page you will find important information to help guide and prepare you for your new College Adventure. We strive to create a smooth arrival experience for you and a seamless settling-in process.

Orientation Fall 2025 Schedule
Freshie Journey online content
The Freshie Journey consists of a series of online information items designed to prepare you to live, work, and study with students worldwide. You can access your full course once your data is processed and you receive our onboarding email.
You will only receive your credentials and onboarding email after you have signed your study contract and fulfilled all your other admission requirements. If you have not received your study contract please make sure the email address you provided on your application is accurate.
If you are applying with an agent or agency please make sure that your email address is on the application and not theirs - this can lead you to miss out on crucial information and can disturb both your onboarding and your arrival!
You'll soon be able to catch a glimpse of what university life will look like for you!
Arrival
We look forward to welcoming our Fall 2025 Freshies on campus at the end of August!
The official Arrival Day is August 25th, 2025. If you arrive outside this date you will not benefit from our shuttle service from Bremen Airport and you will miss the Welcome Street. Keep an eye out for our Pre-arrival survey!
Please note that if you arrive at Constructor University and did not sign your study contract we are not able to provide Housing outside of workdays and business hours:
Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm.
You will need to make other arrangements for accommodation. There will not be a room available for you. You can then come back during business hours and we will do our best to assist you!
Annual Opening – The Official Start of Your Academic Year
As the semester off, we invite you to take part in the Annual Opening, the university’s official kick-off event for the new academic year. Come along with your fellow students to join in the celebration and get to know the Constructor Community!
- Date: September 1, 10:30 AM CEST
- Location: Sports and Convention Center
This is an exciting opportunity to:
- Meet your faculty members who will be attending to welcome you to a new year.
- Hear from university leadership, including the Deans and other academic figures who will share insights into Constructor University’s culture and community so you can start to feel at home.
- Connect with your fellow students across all levels. This event is for all students, whether you’re an IFY/PBS student, an undergraduate, doing post-graduate studies, or an visiting international student, but it’s also a key part of your Freshie Journey if you’re brand new. Everyone is welcome!
The Annual Opening marks the beginning of your journey as a member of the Constructor University community. All new students are encouraged to attend, so mark your calendars and stay tuned for more information!
