Copernia: A professional school in higher education innovations
This webinar is a part of an Innovative Universities Webinar Series.
Copernia is an exception to our one-webinar-one-university rule, as it is not a single university. Copernia is a consortium and a professional school embedded in two structures:
- four higher education institutions united by a shared mission
- a six-school campus in Paris of which Copernia is a part. In the first capacity, it is a joint project among Macromedia University (Germany), emlyon Business School (France), European University Cyprus, and Noroff (Norway).
In the second role, it is a partner school. Functionally, Copernia is a professional school offering short courses and degree programs in higher education innovation. How does it all work, exactly? What is Copernia meant to do for European higher education and beyond? By what means? We will discuss this and more with Nicolas Badré, the director of Copernia and the main architect of this initiative.
Nicolas Badré is the Director of Copernia.
He previously served as the COO of Galileo Global Education, the largest European provider of private higher education with over 200 institutions worldwide. At Copernia, he develops a strategic direction and visions of what the consortium could do for the future of higher education.
Coming soon. Stay tuned.
