Turgut Tülü holds a B.S. degree in Science Education and an MBA in Marketing and Brand Management. He led marketing and student recruitment activities for international university campuses before assuming executive leadership roles in higher education.

From 2017 to 2025, he held the positions of Chancellor at Berlin International University of Applied Sciences and CEO of BAU Higher Education Service gGmbH. In 2021, he founded Mentora Gymnasium in Berlin and was appointed CEO of Ugur Bildungsgesellschaft GmbH. Since March 2025, he serves as Chancellor of Constructor University, holding the distinction of being the youngest university chancellor in Germany.
