February Events Recap

February Events Recap

Welcome back and hello to new ERASMUS and Pre-Bachelor Semester (PBS) students! It’s a new semester, and February is all about bringing the university back together.

To start off this month with good news, The Other Side (TOS), our very own student bar on campus, has announced the return of the Bar Nights’ regular schedule until May 10th, when exam season begins. But we won’t be talking about that anytime soon.

As always, our Constructor University teams never disappoint. At the 2025 Insights in Technology Conference on Computing, Networking, and Communications, the CU team won the Best Paper Award!

February 18–19: The Hult Prize Bootcamp

The Hult Prize Bootcamp, a competition for tackling social challenges, was held on site in the Information Resource Center (IRC). It brought all aspiring entrepreneurs together to apply their knowledge and skills to real ventures that were developed from their ideas. Students were placed into teams and coached by professionals.

February 21–22: Bremer KARNEVAL

The German KARNEVAL came to Bremen, and people were out enjoying the festivities and parades. The Bremer Marktplatz was full of colours and joy, bringing people together.
