Fund II: Buy Fully Leased, Hold

Strategic Growth Partnership
In June 2025, Constructor Group entered a major development partnership with Ten Brinke, one of Europe’s leading real estate developers, to co-invest in and deliver the Constructor Campus Masterplan in Bremen. This €500M initiative marks a transformational step in scaling up our infrastructure and expanding significantly Constructor University’s housing capacity, new start-ups, academic and research facilities, as well as an aparthotel on campus.
The partnership significantly contributes to our development strategy and reinforces the investment-grade fundamentals of the Constructor Campus Capital funds.
